From the moment of my first yoga experience I felt the revolutionizing effects with my health both physically and mentally. Today I am a compassionate yoga instructor who is dedicated to transforming the world with the art of yoga. I truly believe that as we strengthen our mind, body and spirit connection the positive changes will bring peace upon this earth. I love to blend yogic science into all my fitness classes, creating an atmosphere capable of transforming the self from the inside out.
